What stays the same
Reviews arrive privately for your team to review. Publishing requires the reviewer’s permission. Both plans use the same review collection and moderation workflow. “Unlimited” does not remove anti-spam controls, email sending limits, or acceptable-use requirements.
Billing questions
Is the price per person?
No. Billing applies to a performer workspace, not each team member. Owners and Admins manage billing; Members can view plan information.
How will payments and cancellation work?
When paid billing launches, payment is handled through Stripe Checkout. The Billing page opens Stripe’s customer portal for invoices, payment methods, and cancellation. The planned monthly subscription renews until canceled, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the paid period. Checkout will show the amount due, including any applicable taxes, before you pay.
What happens when paid access ends?
You can choose one widget and up to ten reviews to keep public in Billing. Extras are disabled or moved back to Pending, not deleted. Without saved choices, the oldest enabled widget and ten most recently published reviews are kept. Upgrading later does not automatically republish extras.
Is there a trial or an annual commitment?
The planned launch has a Free plan and a monthly Paid plan, with no paid trial or annual subscription.
Are payments refundable?
Payments are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Cancel renewal through the Billing page to avoid the next monthly charge.
Can I use a promotion code?
When checkout is available, eligible promotion codes can be entered in Stripe Checkout. The code’s discount, duration, and eligibility determine what applies.
